    Why should I use your services instead of hiring someone on my own? Why should I spend my money with you?
     

    Because You Times Two specializes in providing people for networking functions. When you think about "networking", many people believe it's nothing more than schmoozing and handing out business cards. There are also those who believe handing out brochures and flyers to everyone in sight is effective marketing. We're here to educate our clients and provide them with solutions to their networking challenges which, in turn, will increase their sales.  

    If you were to hire someone on your own, you would also have to train, motivate, and supervise your new employee. This obviously takes time...the time you could use for your many activities to keep your business running. We take the burden of the hiring process and fill the void with people trained to effectively market your firm by effective networking.

    Since you already have an annual budget for marketing and advertising, our fees would be taken from a portion of your allotted budget. Thus, there's no need to designate new funding, or find new funding, to use our services.

    Do you need to get the word out about your business? Do you want your business represented at the organizations you pay annual fees to? Are your advertising and marketing dollars bringing you disappointing results? If you answered "Yes" to any of those questions, you should make it a point to talk to You Times Two Networking Services.

    I want to do some networking, too, just because I like it. Will that interfere with your efforts?

    We strongly encourage you to get out and tell others about your products and services. Studies have shown that effective networking should include active participation in at least three different organizations. We want to be part of your efforts to tell others about your business. While we'd be happy to cover all of your networking events, we'd be very pleased if you wished to take an active role in the fun that is networking!

    What happens if the person assigned to my account can't make it to an event?

    While unforeseen occurrences can happen, we do have systems in place to cover most situations. For example, we include a wake up calls for our representatives that are scheduled for morning events. We also expect our representatives to act as substitutes for each other, so there are several people available if one of our associates is unavailable. If one of our people has plans for vacations, family events, or other function that will keep them away from their scheduled meeting(s), we will put their off time into our datbase and assign another representative to the meetings until they return.

    We understand the importance of consistent attendance at networking events, and we will do everything we can to make sure your business has the representation you want and deserve.

    I want to use your services. How soon can you get started?

    While we prefer getting involved as soon as your networking events schedules are known, we would like at least three to five business days if this is for one or two events. This will allow us to coordinate schedules and develop a great presentation for your business. If you're interested in our Bronze, Silver, or Gold packages, we would like six to eight weeks so that we can take the time to understand you business goals, and to thoroughly train our representative. Please contact our Sales Department at sales@youtimestwoonline.com for details.

    Do you accept checks and money orders? What other forms of payment do you accept?

    Yes, we accept cashier's checks and international money orders. We will also accept personal checks. Keep in mind that we will not process your order until the funds clear our bank. This may take several days. Send your funds to us at our business address, and once we receive your investment, we will begin to process your order.

    For you convenience, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards through Paypal.
